Founder's Story
Otwan Lowery
Otwan J. Lowery is an entrepreneur, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and nonprofit leader whose career spans top-tier firms including PwC and Deloitte. He currently serves as CEO of PreciseGrants, where he helps mature businesses build nonprofit arms as strategic infrastructure tools for growth.
Across his career, Otwan has operated at the intersection of accounting, business strategy, and social impact — advising organizations on sustainable systems, disciplined execution, and responsible stewardship of resources.
PreciseImpact emerged from both professional observation and personal conviction.
Through years of advising businesses and engaging in community work, Otwan identified a consistent gap: talent is widely distributed, but sustained access to structure, mentorship, and accountability is not.
He observed that many young men possess ambition and ability, yet lack long-term investment at the moments that matter most — not exposure, but expectation. Not inspiration, but structure.
Rather than offer distant support, Otwan committed to building a structured, multi-month model rooted in discipline, consistency, and measurable growth. PreciseImpact was established not as a short-term initiative, but as an institution designed to strengthen communities and long-term economic stability.
For Otwan, this work is not charity.
