PreciseImpact is more than a nonprofit, it’s a mission in motion.

PreciseImpact is an Atlanta-based organization dedicated to transforming the lives of young men ages 19–28 through a unique blend of accounting, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and physical wellness. Our vision is bold: to build leaders, not just professionals, and to do so with the same precision, discipline, and strategy found in the business world.

At the heart of our work is Built to Lead, a 12-week intensive program that combines technical accounting training with physical fitness and personal development. Participants gain access to certifications, mentorship, and real-world business education through our Books to Business and Tax Boss Academy programs unlocking career paths in bookkeeping, tax preparation, and beyond.

Meet the Founder

Otwan J. Lowery is an entrepreneur, CPA, and the driving force behind PreciseImpact. With a career that spans top-tier firms such as PwC and Deloitte, and as CEO of PreciseGrants—a software and consulting firm that supports nonprofits —Otwan has built his career at the intersection of finance, strategy, and social impact.

But it was a personal mission that led him to launch PreciseImpact.

Otwan’s journey—from Babson College to the boardrooms of corporate America, to the frontlines of community transformation—shapes every element of PreciseImpact’s model.

He believes that talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. Through PreciseImpact, he’s building pathways where few exist, ensuring young Black men have the mentorship, skills, and mindset to thrive in business and in life.

For Otwan, this isn’t charity—it’s strategy. It’s legacy. It’s impact, made precise.
